- The Bible, being fully inspired by God in its entirety, is
His perfect Word and is the authority for all faith and life.
- There is one God who is personal, infinite, perfect; and He
exists eternally as The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.
- Jesus Christ appeared on earth as both God and man, born of
virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died in our place as a payment for sin, and
rose bodily from the grave, and ascended again back to Heaven.
- The Holy Spirit is a Divine Person and works in convicting
men of sin. In the life of the believer, He is involved in the New Birth, the
sealing of the believer, developing holiness, and revealing the
scriptures to us.
- God Created the Heavens and the Earth from no preexisting substance.
- Man was made in Gods image and fell into sin (condemnation)
in Adam. He is now a sinner both by nature and by choice. Restoration to
fellowship with God was made possible by the work of Jesus Christ.
- Jesus Christ imputes his Righteousness to Believers and therefore we
are Justified (a legal standing) before God which includes the forgiveness
of sin.
- Salvation comes to man only by Grace through faith in Jesus
Christ; apart from human works.
- All those who have experienced salvation are members of the
Church, which is His body, and are therefore eligible for water baptism,
partaking of the Lord's Supper, and membership in a local Church.
Baptism by immersion and the Lords Supper were instituted by
Christ.
- Water baptism is an outward sign of what the Holy Spirit has performed
in the heart of the believer. The Lords Supper is observed by the
believer at Christs request until His return.
- Jesus Christ is the head of the church, and every local
church has the right under Christ to govern itself.
- Every believer's salvation is secure, being kept by the power
of God.
- There will be a resurrection and judgment for all people:
believers to the state of eternal life and unbelievers to the state of eternal
punishment.
- There will be a Coming of Jesus Christ for His Church (called
the Rapture).
- There will be a Second Coming of Jesus Christ as King of
Kings and Lord of Lords to:
- Judge
the world for its
wickedness
- Regather the Jews from all over the world and establish them in Israel
- Restore the Nation of Israel to world prominence whereby He will be glorified
- Reign as King in Israel and establish His earthly kingdom with His throne in Jerusalem
- Reign until He has put all enemies under his feet
